799 Broadway in Greenwich Village – HVAC Energy Efficiency Project by Wallace Eannace

Wallace Eannace provided energy efficient HVAC system design consultative services and equipment to the project team of a large commercial development in New York City, 799 Broadway in Greenwich Village. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 and 154 into account, highly efficient HVAC equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar condensing boilers, Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps, drives, & heat exchangers, Panasonic heat pumps, and Olimpia Splendid condenser-less heat pumps.

About the Project:

Construction is complete on 799 Broadway, a 12-story commercial building in Greenwich Village. Designed by Perkins + Will and developed by Columbia Property Trust, the 182-foot-tall structure yields 180,000 square feet of office space marketed by JLLConsigli Construction Co. served as the general contractor for the project.
