Wallace Eannace provided energy-efficient heating, cooling, and domestic hot water system design assist services and equipment sourcing through its wholesale distribution network to the project team at 1 Wall St, New York. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 and 154 into account, highly efficient equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar condensing boilers, Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps, drives, & heat exchangers.

One Wall Street (also known as the Irving Trust Company Building, the Bank of New York Building, and the BNY Mellon Building) is a 654-foot-tall Art Deco skyscraper in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, New York City.
