Wallace Eannace provided energy-efficient heating, cooling, and domestic hot water system design assist services and equipment sourcing through its wholesale distribution network to the project team at 99 Hudson Street In Jersey City. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 and 154 into account, highly efficient equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar condensing boilers, Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps, drives, & heat exchangers.
About the Project:
99 Hudson is a 79-story luxury condominium building in Jersey City, New Jersey, notable for being the tallest building in the state and for its panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. Standing at 900 feet, 99 Hudson is also the 46th tallest in the U.S., and the tallest residential building in the U.S. outside of New York City and Chicago. Completed in 2020, it features 781 units, extensive amenities, and a mix of retail and public space, all developed by China Overseas America.
