200 Montague street – Decarbonization Energy Efficiency Project by Wallace Eannace

Wallace Eannace provided energy efficient heating, cooling and domestic hot water system design assist services and equipment sourcing to the project team of a large residential development in New York City, 200 Montague Street. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 and 154 into account, highly efficient equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar condensing boilers, Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps, drives, & heat exchangers, Panasonic, and Olimpia Splendid heat pumps.

About the Project:

200 Montague Street, a 20-story residential building in the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District of Brooklyn Heights. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle with James M. Patterson of Ancora Engineering and developed by Midtown Equities, the 140,700-square-foot structure yields 121 rental units marketed by M.N.S. Real Estate NYC for Aurora Capital Associates. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Court and Clinton Streets.
