The Third at Bankside – HVAC Energy Efficiency Project by Wallace Eannace 

Wallace Eannace provided energy efficient HVAC system design consultative services and equipment to the project team of a large residential development in New York City, 2401 3rd Avenue in Mott Haven. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 into account, highly efficient HVAC equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar condensing boilers, Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps, drives, & heat exchangers, Panasonic heat pumps, and Olimpia Splendid condenser-less heat pumps.

 

About the Project:

The Third at Bankside is a two 25-story towers and one 17-story building atop an eight-story podium at 2401 3rd Avenue in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by Hill West Architects with interiors by Whitehall Interiors and developed by Brookfield Properties, the structure yields 450 residences.
