Virgin Hotel HVAC Energy Efficiency Project Team Supported by Wallace Eannace

Wallace Eannace provided energy efficient HVAC system design consultative services, and prefabricated boiler room solutions to the project team of large hotel development in New York City, The Virgin Hotel. To ensure building performance requirements were met, taking Local Law 97 into account, highly efficient HVAC equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to: Lochinvar condensing boilers, Metraflex Strainers, and Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps. The fully assembled boiler room package was prefabricated out of Tisdale Manufacturing’s Texas plant.
