Wallace Eannace provided energy efficient HVAC system design consultative services, and prefabricated boiler room solutions to the project team of the Maverick apartment complex in Chelsea, New York City, 225 West 28th Street. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 into account, highly efficient HVAC equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar Boilers, Metraflex Strainers, and Xylem Bell & Gossett Pumps. The fully assembled boiler room package was prefabricated out of Tisdale Manufacturing’s Texas plant.

The Maverick is a 20-story mixed-use development at 225 West 28th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by DXA Studio and developed by HAP Investments, the 154,820-square-foot building will yield 112 units.
