Through Xylem Watermark, Xylem’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, employees and stakeholders around the world are leveraging their resources, technology and expertise to address water-related disasters and water challenges. Xylem employees and stakeholders throughout the world have demonstrated their commitment to this mission by playing a critical role in the fight to prevent and control the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
One of the ways that Xylem has provided support is by diverting manufacturing capacity to produce protective shields that will be worn by essential workers, including medical professionals and first responders.
As a business partner of Xylem brands, Wallace Eannace reached out to the First Responder/ Medical community and found that there was an urgent need for these protective face shields at the Saint Francis Hospital Roslyn, NY. Anthony Campisi, Account Executive, delivered the first of several shipments of personal protective equipment to the Saint Francis Hospital. According to Mr. Campisi, “The fight has not stopped, and neither has the teamwork of Wallace Eannace and Xylem Watermark. There is still a need for PPE in the front -line field of work. Wallace Eannace and Xylem Watermark have allowed me to stand up against Covid-19 and make a difference”.
