Through Xylem Watermark, Xylem’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, employees and stakeholders around the world are leveraging their resources, technology and expertise to address water-related disasters and water challenges. Xylem employees and stakeholders throughout the world have demonstrated their commitment to this mission by playing a critical role in the fight to prevent and control the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
One of the ways that Xylem has provided support is by diverting manufacturing capacity to produce protective shields that will be worn by essential workers, including medical professionals and first responders.
As a business partner of Xylem brands, Wallace Eannace reached out to the First Responder/ Medical community and found that there was an urgent need for these protective face shields at the Valley Health System Ridgewood, NJ Wallace Eannace’s Kevin Vradenburg, Sales Engineer, delivered the first of several shipments of personal protective equipment to the Valley Health System. According to Mr. Vradenburg, “I value the moments I can teach my daughter the importance of giving back. I hope to consistently teach her that a little action of help can go the distance.
