PLAINVIEW, New York, May 12, 2020/Wallace Eannace/–  Xylem, a global brand, partnered with Wallace Eannace out of Plainview NY are meeting the urgent call for protective gear in the battle against COVID-19.  

Through Xylem Watermark, Xylem’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, employees and stakeholders around the world are leveraging their resources, technology and expertise to address water-related disasters and water challenges. Xylem employees and stakeholders throughout the world have demonstrated their commitment to this mission by playing a critical role in the fight to prevent and control the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

One of the ways that Xylem has provided support is by diverting manufacturing capacity to produce protective masks that will be worn by essential workers, including medical professionals and first responders. 

As a business partner of Xylem brands, Wallace Eannace reached out to the First Responder/ Medical community and found that there was an urgent need for these protective face masks at the Hackensack Meridian Health, NJ.   

Wallace Eannace’s Greg Latza, Account Executive, delivered the first of several shipments of personal protective equipment to Hackensack Meridian Health.  According to Mr. Latza, “I’m in this community every week working with HVAC and plumbing contractors looking at ways to make these medical facilities more energy efficient.  Now I am here to help ensure our community is just plain safe.  I really appreciate what the medical professionals are doing to keep us healthy and safe.”
