Wallace Eannace utilizes Lochinvar boilers, domestic water heaters, Xylem’s Bell & Gossett pumps, plate and frame heat exchangers, storage tanks and variable frequency drives. The company provides solutions that reduced capital equipment costs, project installation timelines, and maximizes long term energy efficiency and uptime. 

The 336-foot-tall and 33-story tower will be a Marriott Hotel designed by Peter Poon Architects. Some of the windows, including large sections of the facade, are angled to face the East River to give guests a better perspective of the surrounding neighborhood. They also yield a unique rippled design of the building profile. The building consists of 274 hotel rooms and around 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. In total, the tower has nearly 140,000 square feet of interior space. Some of the guest amenities for the hotel include bike storage, a fitness center, a lounge, and an outdoor terrace.
