The first affordable housing lottery at the former Rheingold Brewery in Bushwick has opened, and 183 units are available, starting at $947 a month. They are located at 54 Noll Street and 123 Melrose Street in the complex developed by All Year and designed by ODA that covers two blocks at the southern end of the sprawling site.

Of the available apartments, 56 are studios, 87 are one-bedrooms and 40 are two-bedrooms. One-bedrooms rent for $1,017 a month and two-bedrooms go for $1,230.
