New Jersey: Hydronics 101 – Near – Boiling Piping, Zoning Made Easy & Pump Curves
Trainer: Chad Leland
Class Type: In-Person
Location: 779 Susquehanna Ave, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417
Build a stronger understanding of the fundamentals behind properly designed hydronic heating systems. This course explores near-boiler piping, including proper piping arrangements, system flow, and common installation practices that can impact performance and efficiency. We’ll simplify hydronic zoning, reviewing different zoning strategies, circulator and valve applications, and how to maintain proper flow throughout a system. The class will also break down pump curves, helping attendees understand flow, head pressure, system resistance, and how to properly select and size circulators for various applications. Attendees will leave with practical knowledge they can apply to system design, installation, troubleshooting, and overall hydronic system performance.
