Wallace Eannace provided energy-efficient heating, cooling, and domestic hot water system design assist services and equipment sourcing through its wholesale distribution network to the project team at 35 Hudson Yards. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 and 154 into account, highly efficient equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar condensing boilers, Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps, drives, & heat exchangers.
About the Project:
35 Hudson Yards is the tallest residential tower in its neighborhood, rising 92 stories above Manhattan’s West Side with sweeping views of the Hudson River and city skyline. Designed by David Childs / Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, this Bavarian limestone and glass tower offers 143 grand-scale residences starting on the 53rd floor.
