Wallace Eannace provided energy efficient HVAC system design consultative services and equipment to the project team of hospitality development in New York City, 113 West 24th Street. To ensure building performance requirements were met and taking Local Law 97 into account, highly efficient HVAC equipment was selected for this project, including but not limited to Lochinvar condensing boilers, Xylem Bell & Gossett pumps, drives, & heat exchangers, Panasonic heat pumps, and Olimpia Splendid condenser-less heat pumps.
About the Project:
Motto by Hilton NYC Chelsea a 39-story hotel located in the Midtown, Manhattan district of Chelsea. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects and developed by Lam Generation, the 420-foot-tall reinforced concrete tower is reported to yield 360 guest rooms, each averaging around 380 square feet apiece. Flintlock Construction Services, LLC is the general contractor for the project.
