Wallace Eannace Contracted for Technical Support and HVAC System solutions at American Airlines John F. Kennedy Terminal, New York

Wallace Eannace utilizes Lochinvar boilers, domestic water heaters, Xylem’s Bell & Gossett pumps, plate and frame heat exchangers, storage tanks and variable frequency drives. The company provides solutions that reduced capital equipment costs, project installation timelines, and maximizes long term energy efficiency and uptime.

The Terminal 8 upgrades will be based on a three-year agreement between the Port Authority and American Airlines years in preparation for British Airways moving from Terminal 7, which will be replaced as part of JetBlue’s plans to build a new terminal. Terminal 8 will grow by a total of 70,400 square feet — including 33,000 square feet of public space — while another 57,500 square feet of existing space will be refurbished. New amenities will include premium lounges for both airlines, improved baggage systems, premium check-in space and upgraded concessions. There also will be five additional wide-body gates to allow for additional trans-Atlantic flights.
