The SoHo Tower is a 25-story, 115-unit mixed-use building under development at 565 Broome Street (a.k.a. 100 Varick Street), in Hudson Square. The structure will encompass 322,154 square feet and rise 290 feet above street level to its roof, which doesn’t include the bulkhead. The ground and second floors of the project, dubbed 565 Broome SoHo, will host 16,867 square feet of commercial-retail space. The residential units, averaging 2,109 square feet, will be located on the third through 25th floors. The units will be accompanied by 17,000 square feet of amenities.
