Wallace Eannace Contracted for Technical Support and HVAC System solutions at 99 Hudson, New Jersey’s tallest tower

Wallace Eannace utilizes Lochinvar boilers, domestic water heaters, Xylem’s Bell & Gossett pumps, plate and frame heat exchangers, storage tanks and variable frequency drives.  The company provides solutions that reduce capital equipment costs, project installation timelines, and maximizes long term energy efficiency and uptime.

Earlier this year, Ming Wu, a principal at Perkins Eastman Architects, told CityRealty that 99 Hudson signals to the world “that Jersey City’s time has come.” Now topped out, as of this past September, the project’s warm limestone skin is encasing the concrete frame. It was chosen to provide a sense of reserve and dignity much like the stately limestone buildings that adorn Fifth Avenue. As the stone climbs upward, it slowly gives way to wider and wider panes of glass until crescendoing in what will be a nearly translucent glass crown. German in origin, the limestone was specifically chosen because it could withstand the area’s harsh winters, allowing for the perfect marriage of utility and aesthetics, a theme that courses through 99 Hudson’s veins.
